Strange endocardiac image in very slow motion: the clue in medical history
Abstract
This case report is about an asymptomatic patient with a medical history of cardiac surgery in which the presence of temporary epicardial pacing wires has been revealed and, subsequently, their migration into the pulmonary artery has been documented after years from surgery. The wire was successfully removed in a percutaneous interventional procedure.
